The 18 months of free cloud storage is automatically available after the device is registered and installed, with the cloud storage detecting records through motion detection rather than 24-hour continuous recording. If you're unable to scan the code or install the device, follow the connected steps: power on, reset, wait for the self-check, and then add the device to the app.
If the motion detection or microphone does not work, check the app settings for motion detection and sound, as well as the phone settings for notification, sound, and microphone permissions. To share the camera, the shared user needs to download the app and register, then you can add them in the app settings.
The installation process is straightforward, taking just a few minutes. The camera offers 1080p HD live view and night vision, with a wide 355° horizontal and 90° vertical field of view, advanced motion detection with adjustable zones, and 2-way audio with noise cancellation. It plugs into a standard electrical socket and is compatible with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, operating in a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C and being weather-resistant.
